Kentucky basketball has yet to lose a game this season, but it faces some good tests this week.
The Wildcats are scheduled to visit Clemson at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday for the SEC/ACC Challenge and travel to Seattle to play Gonzaga at 10 p.m. Saturday.
Mark Pope’s team is ranked sixth in the latest USA TODAY Coaches Poll. Kentucky moved up to fourth in the latest AP Top 25 Poll.
The Wildcats (7-0) defeated Western Kentucky, 87-68, last Tuesday.
Last Friday, they defeated Georgia State, 105-76, and seven Cats scored in double digits for the first time this season.
The Cats rank first nationally in scoring (96.7 ppg), fast-break points (23 ppg) and defensive rebounds (34.3 rpg). They also rank second in the country in assists (21.1 apg).
