With the regular season just two weekends away from wrapping up, many fanbases are starting to wonder whether or not their team could be participating in the Super Bowl this year. They need to know whether or not to start considering booking flights and hotels and securing tickets. But when is the Super Bowl? What time is it happening? All of these questions are likely buzzing through your brain while your uncle you talk to twice a year is trying to convince you of a widespread conspiracy that you stopped listening to 23 minutes ago. He’s still going, and all you can think about is: “I mean, if the Detroit Lions reach the Super Bowl for the first time in franchise history, I have to be there, right?”

What date is Super Bowl 59 happening?
Super Bowl 59 is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025.
Where will Super Bowl 59 be played?
Super Bowl 59 will be played at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans. The last time the Super Bowl was played at the Superdome was Super Bowl 47, when the lights went out in the third quarter of the game between the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens. Hopefully, we will not experience a similar debacle this time around.
What time will Super Bowl 59 happen?
The Super Bowl will kick off at 6:30 ET this year. It will be broadcast on FOX and available for streaming on Fubo and the FOX Sports app.

Who is performing the halftime show?
16-time Grammy Award winner Kendrick Lamar will be the headliner for the halftime show this year. Lamar has a tendency to bring numerous people on stage with him to enhance his show. Given the Super Bowl’s preeminence, there’s a big chance we could see some big names in hip hop join him in his performance.
