USA basketball fans are declaring the Olympics semifinal victory over Serbia the ‘greatest game ever’ after the Americans overcame a 13-point deficit in the fourth quarter.
Serbia led for a heavy majority of of the game, but a strong Team USA final 10 minutes was too much for the European underdogs.
The trio of Steph Curry, LeBron James, and Kevin Durant each had a huge moment to shine down the stretch, leading the United States to a 95-91 victory.
Team USA outscored Serbia 32-15 in the fourth quarter, with the prime shooting hand of the Serbians cooling down enough to give the Americans a pathway to the gold medal game.

‘Serbia was dogging USA for 95% of the game and then the greatest sequence of basketball just happened oh my god,’ a USA basketball fan continued.

Team USA advances to the gold-medal game against host country France on Saturday afternoon.
The French defeated Germany on Thursday to become the first host nation to medal in men’s basketball since the USA did so in 1996.
Playing a true road game in an Olympic final will be another tough test for one of the greatest basketball rosters ever assembled.
However, not every USA fan thought as highly of the game.
‘It’s quite comical to watch the USA basketball team act like this was so much emotion. They can barely beat Serbia with 10 of the top 15 players in the world playing for them. It’s actually quite embarrassing. But congrats USA. You’ll get the gold. You make us so proud,’ one social-media user said.
