Sports Seriously
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers (4-6) and New York Giants (2-8) are coming off bye weeks and both sides will likely look very different when they meet in Week 12.
Injuries have played a major role in Tampa Bay’s four-game losing streak, but some good news could be on the horizon: Mike Evans is expected to return. The receiver should give Baker Mayfield big help and help the Buccaneers get out of a slump as it heads to an easy end of the schedule.
Daniel Jones’ time in New York is likely up with the team deciding to start Tommy DeVito and bench the franchise quarterback. There isn’t an answer as to what it will do for the Giants, but maybe DeVito can provide a spark to the team like he did last season.

Browns vs. Steelers | Panthers vs. Chiefs | Bears vs. Vikings | Texans vs. Titans | Colts vs. Lions | Dolphins vs. Patriots | Giants vs. Buccaneers | Commanders vs. Cowboys | Raiders vs. Broncos | Packers vs. 49ers | Seahawks vs. Cardinals | Rams vs. Eagles | Chargers vs. Ravens
The Giants may be looking for a spark in Tommy DeVito, but he realistically doesn’t provide an upgrade over Daniel Jones. Tampa Bay’s defense has underwhelmed this season, but Todd Bowles should have a plan to frustrate DeVito. And the Bucs are coming off their bye.
The Giants finally benched struggling QB Daniel Jones. Can Tommy DeVito light a spark in New York? Probably not. The Bucs have lost four games in a row but will bounce back against a Giants team with no answers at quarterback.
New York is handing the keys to Tommy DeVito. Not sure how excited I’d be to jump in a car that’s already been crashed.
Can Tommy DeVito bring some magic back to New York? The home crowd will probably love seeing him lead the team out, but they might not enjoy seeing him lose the team’s sixth straight game.
