International Cricket Council Incurs Massive Losses Post T20 WC 2024

The month-long tournament, which included 10 teams playing in three venues in the US: Nassau County Stadium, New York, Grand Prairie Stadium, Texas, and Central Broward Park in Lauderhill, was a thrilling event. The crowds, especially during the games of their home team US, India, Pakistan and many more, were massive.

It was the first time in the tournament’s history that the T20 World Cup was played with 20 teams participating. However, as iconic as the contests were, they led to a significant loss in this big tournament.
