Nordstrom kicked off its Black Friday offerings as the retail sector gears up for the holiday shopping season.
The Seattle-based luxury said in a statement to USA TODAY that Black Friday offerings began Nov. 21 and will run through Nov. 29, with Cyber Monday deals on offer from Nov. 30 through Dec. 3.
The retailer said in the statement that it will offer deals on over 100 brands that are “new to the sale this year.”
Nordstrom stores will be closed on Thanksgiving, and stores will be opening early and closing late on Black Friday, the company previously told USA TODAY.

The company’s website shows some stores as opening for Black Friday at either 8 a.m. or 9 a.m. local time, and closing at either 8 p.m. or 9 p.m. local time.
