This NFL season has been downright wacky and unpredictable. In fact, it’s been so unpredictable that it actually made history. In each of the first three weeks, the weekend’s biggest underdogs – New England Patriots in Week 1, Las Vegas Raiders in Week 2, and Washington Commanders in Week 3 – all won outright. That’s never happened in NFL history before.
In Week 4, the title of biggest underdog falls to the Patriots yet again, taking on the San Francisco 49ers. Both teams have a 1-2 record, and San Francisco will be without several of their top stars. Perhaps a fourth massive upset could be in the books?
