September 8, 2024

Rejoice, football fans.

Week 1 of the 2024 NFL season brings a full slate of 16 games over four different days, and there is plenty of appointment television to go around.

The season began Thursday night with a rematch of last year’s AFC Championship Game between the Chiefs and Ravens. On Friday, the NFL went international for the first time in 2024 with the Eagles and Packers going head-to-head in São Paulo, Brazil.

Sunday’s intrigue includes the anticipated NFL debuts of Bears quarterback Caleb Williams, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, and Commanders quarterback Jayden Daniels, the No. 2 overall selection.

And on Monday night, Aaron Rodgers is poised to return to the field for the first time in nearly a year, having recovered from an Achilles injury. The veteran quarterback leads the Jets against the reigning NFC champions, the 49ers.

The Sporting News has you covered with a complete rundown of all of the NFL’s Week 1 action, including a complete schedule with TV and live stream information for every game.
