What was Will Levis doing on Titans pick-6? Brian Callahan explains
Tennessee Titans coach Brian Callahan detailed what went wrong on Will Levis’ crucial interception in Sunday’s loss to the Chicago Bears.
Week 1 was a bit of a disappointment for both the New York Jets and Tennessee Titans, but for vastly different reasons.
The former was hoping that the return of Aaron Rodgers would give the Jets a spark they haven’t had on offense in recent memory. Sure, they weren’t expected to beat the San Francisco 49ers on Monday night, but maybe they could keep it close? That didn’t really happen though. Despite only losing by 13 points, the game wasn’t as close as the score would imply. The 49ers were in full control of the game from about the second quarter on, and they did so without Christian McCaffrey.
The Titans, on the other hand, were in total control of their game against Chicago, yet walked away with the loss after a brutal pick-six from quarterback Will Levis.
Now these two teams each get a shot at redemption facing each other in Week 2. Here are our experts’ predictions for this AFC clash.

FEELING LUCKY? Here are the best parlay bets and odds for NFL games this week
Dolphins vs. Bills | Ravens vs. Raiders | Panthers vs. Chargers | Cowboys vs. Saints | Lions vs. Buccaneers | Packers vs. Colts | Jaguars vs. Browns | Vikings vs. 49ers | Patriots vs. Seahawks | Titans vs. Jets | Commanders vs. Giants | Cardinals vs. Rams | Chiefs vs. Bengals | Broncos vs. Steelers | Texans vs. Bears | Eagles vs. Falcons
I think the Jets are poised for a great bounce back opportunity here. They opened against arguably the best team in the league and the New York defense should feast on a Titans team that is prone to mistakes and has big holes. I like the Jets here in a blowout.
The Jets aren’t worried after a tough loss against the 49ers in Week 1. The best news coming out of the opener is that Aaron Rodgers is unscathed. The Jets know that they have the talent to be a good team. Good teams beat inferior opponents.
The Titans make it interesting but the Jets get a much-needed win in Week 2. I don’t love any play here, but Tennessee at +3.5 is a little attractive.
The thumping from San Francisco wasn’t exactly how the Jets thought Aaron Rodgers’ first full game would go. This week they get a much easier opponent and the defense makes life miserable for Will Levis.
