NFL Overreactions Week 10
Sports Seriously’s Mackenzie Salmon breaks down the wildest games in NFL Week 10.
Sports Seriously
The Miami Dolphins, fresh off a win during Monday Night Football over the Los Angeles Rams, are looking to re-establish themselves as spoilers in the AFC. So long as quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is healthy, this Dolphins‘ offense has the explosiveness to beat anyone in the NFL. However, they’ve lacked that explosiveness this season. For goodness sake, Tyreek Hill only had three catches on Monday night.
Luckily for Miami, they face a lackluster Las Vegas Raiders team in Week 11. The Raiders have struggled to do anything well. They beat the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2 and it’s been all downhill from there. With only two wins, the Raiders are more likely to wind up with the first overall pick than a playoff spot at this point.
Here are our experts’ predictions for this Week 11 showdown.

Eagles vs. Commanders | Bears vs. Packers | Lions vs. Jaguars | Dolphins vs. Raiders | Patriots vs. Rams | Saints vs. Browns | Steelers vs. Ravens | Titans vs. Vikings | Jets vs. Colts | Broncos vs. Falcons | 49ers vs. Seahawks | Bills vs. Chiefs | Chargers vs. Bengals | Cowboys vs. Texans
Miami has been better in recent weeks, primarily on defense. Still, the Dolphins suffer occasional spells of inconsistency on offense, and the passing game’s numbers simply haven’t been there. Vegas is coming off a bye, so I think this one stays a bit closer.
The Dolphins don’t have much margin for error if they want to make the playoffs. A Week 10 win should bode well for their confidence. Miami’s offense featuring Tua Tagovailoa, Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle will be too explosive for the Raiders to handle.
I’ve been saying for a few weeks the Dolphins are for real ― as long as Tua Tagovailoa is healthy ― and they’ll make easy prey of the Raiders, who are traveling across the country for an early start.
Miami seems like it’s figuring things out, just when its season is hanging by a thread. The Dolphins have some fun playing against a lousy Raiders squad.
