Las Vegas Raiders at Cincinnati Bengals: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 9 game

The Las Vegas Raiders nearly shocked the world last weekend, coming within one score of defeating the undefeated Kansas City Chiefs. Unfortunately for them, their woes continued. Since beating the Baltimore Ravens in Week 2, the Raiders have only earned one win – a 20-16 victory over the lowly Cleveland Browns.

Their opponent this week will be the Cincinnati Bengals. Despite their immense firepower, the Bengals currently own a 3-5 record, but a matchup against a struggling Raiders team could be just what they need to get back on track. The Bengals should have no problem pushing the ball downfield against Vegas’ defense, especially if Tee Higgins is healthy.

I think Cincinnati will regret the shape of this season, given its talent on offense. The Bengals should absolutely win this game. I think this line is way too high.

The Raiders have lost four in a row and now have to travel to Cincinnati. The Bengals are running out of time to turn their season around. Cincinnati’s offense should carry them to a victory. The Bengals can’t afford to drop to 3-6.

Cincinnati simply isn’t as bad as its 3-5 record indicates. Las Vegas, meanwhile, is still very much a work in progress. I’ll grab the Bengals and the points.
