After Week 14 of the NFL season, some of you may be entering your playoffs or have just one week left of your regular season. If you were lucky enough to have Josh Allen, Sam Darnold (or either of his wide receivers), Puka Nacua, Ja’Marr Chase, or a few other top scorers from the week, you may have nudged your way into the postseason.
Let’s take a look at the top fantasy scorers from NFL Week 14 at each position.
This week’s top fantasy scorer for the quarterbacks was far and away Buffalo Bills QB Josh Allen with a record 51.88 points – the most by any quarterback in history. Despite a narrow loss to the Los Angeles Rams, Allen had a historic performance, becoming the first player to score as many as three passing and three rushing touchdowns in a single game. he is now the second-highest fantasy scorer of the season with 303.62 points, with Lamar Jackson in the lead with 321.40.
Week 14’s top scoring running back was Seattle Seahawks’ Zach Charbonnet with 38.30 points. In their 30-18 win over the Arizona Cardinals, Charbonnet got the majority of the work with Kenneth Walker sidelined. He rushed 22 times for 134 yards and two touchdowns and caught all seven of his targets for another 59 yards, a career high in both rushing and receiving yards.
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase led his position in fantasy scoring in Week 14 with 45.10 points. In their 27-20 win over the Dallas Cowboys, Chase caught 14 of 18 targets (a season-high) for 177 yards and two touchdowns, including the game-winner with a minute to go.
The top scoring tight end of Week 14 was San Francisco 49ers’ George Kittle, who finished with 21.10 fantasy points. After recording just one catch for seven yards last week, Kittle looked determined to make up for it this week, catching all six of his targets for 151 yards in the Niners’ 38-13 win over the Chicago Bears.
The top scoring kicker for Week 14 was Miami Dolphins’ Joshua Sanders with 16 points. In their 32-26 win over the New York Jets, Sanders made all four of his field goal attempts, including one from 57 yards, though he did miss his only extra point try. This was his seventh straight game without missing a field goal.
The top scoring defense of Week 14 was the San Francisco 49ers with 13 points. They capitalized on a Chicago Bears quarterback who leads the league in sacks. The Niners were able to get to Caleb Williams for seven sacks in their 38-13 win. They also had seven tackles for a loss and seven quarterback hits.
