Dolphins at Browns: Predictions, picks, odds for NFL Week 17 game

By the time they take the field on Sunday, the Miami Dolphins (7-8) will hope their playoff hopes will still be alive, which stand a great chance against the Cleveland Browns (3-12).

Miami staved off playoff elimination by sending the San Francisco 49ers to their official downfall with kicker Jason Sanders coming up big with five kicks in the victory. Miami will know if they still have a chance to reach the postseason before kickoff and whether to take the rest of the season seriously.

The offensive struggles in Cleveland continue, even going against a poor defense like the Cincinnati Bengals. It’s another season gone to waste for the Browns, and now the fanbase is just wondering how high they’ll be picking in the 2025 draft.

Lorenzo Reyes: Dolphins 27, Browns 13

Miami is in must-win mode, and the Browns look lost with Dorian Thompson-Robinson at quarterback. I like the Dolphins in this spot.

Tyler Dragon: Dolphins 27, Browns 16

The Dolphins still have an outside chance to make the playoffs. They will get by a struggling Browns team that is ready for the season to be over.

Richard Morin: Dolphins 25, Browns 20

The Dolphins will win, but the Browns still have a respectable defense and home-field advantage here.

Jordan Mendoza: Dolphins 19, Browns 9

Even if its offense seems to get stuck in the mud often, Miami’s defense will feast on a suspect Browns offense in a comfortable victory.
