The Christmas Day finale will take place in H-Town with the Houston Texans (9-6) hosting the Baltimore Ravens (10-5) in a game that will feature a performance from Beyoncé.
The AFC North title is possible in Baltimore after Lamar Jackson was able to overcome his past struggles against the Pittsburgh Steelers to get the 10th win of the season. The Ravens are hoping a strong end of the season could get them a home playoff game.
Not only did Houston lose to the Kansas City Chiefs, it suffered a major blow with the injury of Tank Dell. This should be another interesting game, and the Ravens, though at times inconsistent, have been playing better football as of late. The Ravens know they have a really good chance to win the AFC North after Week 16’s win against Pittsburgh. The Texans have already won the AFC South, but their receiving unit is dealing with another season-ending injury after Tank Dell went down.
The Texans just can’t catch a break this season. It’s either simply not their year or shaping up to be one heck of a Cinderella run. I’ll go with the former.
Baltimore is clicking at the right time, and the defense may benefit from a depleted Texans receiving core. Lamar Jackson wants to watch Beyoncé perform, and he may be fine to do so with his team winning its third straight.
