NFL Week 13 picks: Colts, Broncos, and Seahawks
Lorenzo Reyes is back with his best bets for NFL Week 13 games, including Thursday’s Thanksgiving slate.
Lorenzo’s Locks
Week 13 of the 2024 NFL season sees a late Thanksgiving holiday shake up the usual slate of games. Three games on Thanksgiving and another on Black Friday dropped the typical number of games on Sunday to just 11, but there are plenty of good contests across the day.
The early slate kicks off with a pair of divisional games in the AFC North and AFC South. The division-leading Steelers look to bounce back from a loss to the Browns in a snowstorm against the Bengals, fresh off a bye. Houston faces Jacksonville after dropping a chaotic game against Tennessee last week – its third loss in four games.
Two of the best teams in the league, the Philadelphia Eagles and Baltimore Ravens, face off to highlight the afternoon slate before the Bills and 49ers meet in prime time.
Here’s everything you need to know about the NFL’s Week 13 Sunday games.

Top storylines for NFL Week 13 games
- Free agent signees Derrick Henry (Baltimore) and Saquon Barkley (Philadelphia) lead the NFL in rushing yards this season. The Eagles have won seven straight, but it could be tough to keep that up on the road against one of the best rushing defenses and scoring offenses in the league. This will be a heavyweight battle between teams who are a combined 17-6 this season.
- Pittsburgh lost to Cleveland in a snowstorm last week on Thursday Night Football. Cincinnati’s been heartbroken late in their last two matchups. A win against a division rival would go a long way for a Bengals team trying to save some face from a terrible start.
- Houston needs a win to maintain a lead over Indianapolis in the AFC South. But they’ll face a Jaguars team with little to lose on the road and fresh off a bye. Could Jacksonville play spoiler and drop the Texans down to one game above .500?
- San Francisco sits last in the NFC West after a huge loss to Green Bay but is just one game back in the win column from leader Seattle. With Brock Purdy potentially back in the lineup, the 49ers need to get right in a final push to potentially win the division. But it comes on the road against a rested Buffalo Bills squad that just knocked off the Chiefs before their bye.
- Tampa Bay returned from their bye with a dominant win in Week 12. Despite a four-game losing streak, the Buccaneers are only two games back from NFC South leader Atlanta. They have to start a potential run by taking care of business against a feisty Panthers team that pushed the Chiefs surprisingly hard last Sunday.
