How to follow live election results in 2024 races for president, Senate, House and more

November 5, 2024

Election Day has arrived.

After months of anticipation, debating and campaigning, many of those who have yet to cast their ballot are doing so on Tuesday.

The first polls start closing statewide at 7 p.m. ET, meaning we could start receiving election results shortly thereafter.

USA TODAY will be publishing updates on all the top races across the country, including the race between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris. Their battle for the White House has been relatively short, as Harris has been at the top of the Democratic ticket for just more than three months after President Joe Biden dropped out of the race.

Here is where you can follow along to know who is winning, and other top news from the election.
