The Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders are the two teams at the top of the NFC East. They enter Week 11 with only a half game separating them.
Commanders‘ rookie sensation Jayden Daniels has been spectacular this year, and is running away with the Offensive Rookie of the Year race. However, that hasn’t been enough to take control of the NFC East. The Eagles sit at the top of the standings, but a loss here would give control of the division to Washington.
This game means a lot to both teams, so here are our experts’ predictions on this pivotal Week 11 matchup.

Lorenzo Reyes: Eagles 27, Commanders 21
Although Jayden Daniels and Co. have shown some flaws recently, Washington has been a great story. The primary issue is that the Commanders haven’t defeated a team with a record over .500, and the Eagles are hitting their stride. I also think Philly’s defense makes things challenging for Daniels.
Tyler Dragon: Eagles 26, Commanders 20
The Commanders haven’t lost two in a row all year and are 2-0 in the NFC East. However, the Eagles are out to prove they are the team to beat in the division. Philadelphia’s won five straight games. A win on Thursday night will give them some breathing room in the NFC East.
Richard Morin: Commanders 26, Eagles 23
The Steelers may have solved the Commanders’ offense, but the coaching isn’t as strong in Philadelphia. Washington edges out a close one.
Jordan Mendoza: Commanders 30, Eagles 27
This one has potential game of the year written all over it. The Eagles have looked great, but they are easily susceptible to digging themselves into deep holes. The Commanders take advantage and get a major road win.
