Denver Broncos at Kansas City Chiefs: Predictions, picks and odds for NFL Week 10 game

November 6, 2024

play

The Kansas City Chiefs (8-0) remain perfect, and they’ll put their win streak on the line against the Denver Broncos (5-4).

All momentum the Broncos were building was halted when the Baltimore Ravens gave them the business in a 31-point thumping. While it left a sour taste in the mouth of Denver fans, the team still has looked good this season and can turn it around against an AFC West foe.

Kansas City nearly saw their season flash before their eyes when Patrick Mahomes appeared to have a serious injury on Monday night. Turns it out it isn’t that bad, and the Chiefs pulled out an overtime victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to avoid the first loss of the season.

Lorenzo Reyes: Chiefs 26, Broncos 20

Kansas City should win this game. The Chiefs are an elite team, one that constantly finds ways to win. The Chiefs are appearing to get better as the season advances, with reinforcements like DeAndre Hopkins and Kareem Hunt. The Chiefs, however, have only won one game by double digits. The Broncos have a very good defense and this is a divisional game, so I think it’s closer than the spread.

Tyler Dragon: Chiefs 27, Broncos 16

The Chiefs are the sixth defending Super Bowl champion to start the regular season 8-0. Patrick Mahomes is 12-1 versus the Broncos. Kansas City’s first loss of the season won’t come against Denver.

Richard Morin: Chiefs 25, Broncos 13

I’ll go against Bo this time as I don’t see the Broncos stealing a win at Arrowhead. The Chiefs keep rolling.

Jordan Mendoza: Chiefs 22, Broncos 19

The spread here seems a bit large given Kansas City doesn’t have a real knack for blowing opponents out this season. Still, the Chiefs do enough to get the victory and remain perfect.
