Colorado voters approved a state constitutional amendment on Tuesday enshrining protections for abortion. The measure repeals a ban on state and local funding for abortion and allows Medicaid and other government health insurance programs to cover abortion.

Donald Trump, with currently 21 states, is projected to win Georgia and North Carolina as well but Kamala Harris could still defeat him with 270 electoral college votes by winning Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, leading to a narrow victory.

Former President Donald Trump won Montana for the third consecutive election on Tuesday. Montana has one more electoral vote this cycle than it did in the previous two, as the state received an additional congressional seat following the 2020 census.
