- Another year, another Super Bowl rematch for the Kansas City Chiefs. They lost their Super Bowl rematch last year at home against Philadelphia and go on the road this time to take on the 49ers. Andy Reid is one of the best coaches after a bye week, and that could come in handy against San Francisco, who had extra time to prepare following “Thursday Night Football” last week.
- Philadelphia takes on the Giants in New York on Sunday in Saquon Barkley’s return to MetLife Stadium. Philadelphia didn’t play particularly well against Cleveland last week but could get right against an NFC East foe.
- Davante Adams is reunited with Aaron Rodgers in New York. He could be on the field for “Sunday Night Football” against Pittsburgh and may have an instant impact on offense.
- While Minnesota and Detroit duke it out, Green Bay hosts Houston in a battle between two of the more promising young quarterbacks in the league. With a win, the Packers could keep pace in the NFC North. With a loss, they could drop to the most losses in the division.
