The Green Bay Packers drafted Arizona offensive lineman Jordan Morgan with the No. 25 pick in the 2024 NFL draft. Here’s what to know about Morgan, who was named Associated Press First-Team for the Pac-12 in 2023.
Morgan might be the forgotten man among this year’s bevy of potential first-round offensive linemen, but his fleet feet and impressive knowhow position him as a strong candidate to make the Day 1 cut. Although some teams could be inclined to move him to guard, Morgan shows the effectiveness in space to stick at left tackle with some additional work. — Michael Middlehurst-Schwartz
Morgan, who is from Marana, Arizona and went to Marana High School, is 6-foot-5 and 311-pounds.
Morgan appeared in all 12 games for the Wildcats last season, allowing just two sacks in 787 snaps. The Wildcats had the fifth best red zone offense in college football, converting 93% of the time.
Morgan played in 33 games over his last three seasons with the Wildcats. He led the team in total blocking grade (84.3), according to ProFootballFocus.
Morgan clocked a 5.04 40 with a 1.7 10-yard split. He recorded a 28-inch vertical and a 9-foot, 2-inch broad jump.
